Bloom provides both pest control and crawl space services, and this role supports both sides of the business.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls
Assist customers with questions about services, treatments, and our approach
Create customer accounts, schedule services, and build technician routes
Process payments
Accurately enter and manage customer and job data
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support quality control efforts and uphold service standards
Collaborate with team members (including virtual teammates)
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with the Portland Metro area and traffic patterns
High school diploma or GED + 2 years of customer service experience (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
Comfortable learning and using systems like Google Docs, Gorilladesk, and CallRail
Ability to quickly learn service details (pest control + crawl space work)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Solid typing skills (60+ WPM)
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in pest control, construction or real estate
Scheduling, logistics, or routing experience
Bilingual skills
