Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, food handling, and food service management.
- Develop creative menus that align with brand standards while incorporating seasonal ingredients and dietary considerations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from preparation to service.
- Monitor quality control during food preparation and presentation to uphold exceptional dining standards.
- Manage shift operations efficiently, including overseeing food service timelines and resolving any issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven culinary leadership with extensive experience in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with teams of diverse culinary staff.
- Strong background in banquet service, catering, and large-scale food production.
- In-depth knowledge of dietary departments, menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen management systems.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and health regulations within the food industry.
- Experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Skilled in cooking techniques across various cuisines along with expertise in food handling and serving practices.
