Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is highly advantageous
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work effectively in a team setting
