Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Manage employee orientation, training & development programs to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates to build a strong workforce
- Oversee that we are maintaining inventory control through purchasing, stocking, and inventory management practices
- Implement pricing strategies and sales promotions to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Supervise hours management, customer service standards, and overall presentation
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure effective communication across all departments
- Monitor sales figures, budgeting targets, and inventory turnover for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive work environment through leadership in team management and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, organization, and time management
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting employee orientation sessions
- Knowledge of payroll practices and familiar with handling some HR occurances
- Demonstrated leadership in sales environments with experience in managing an operaton and it's staff
- Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and operational procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and effective communication with customers and team members
