Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Responsibilities

- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
- Supervise daily operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and shift management.
- Develop and manage budgets while ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales analysis.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication skills.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote store initiatives and drive traffic.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Experience in employee training & development, as well as performance management.
- Proficiency in inventory management and control processes.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
