Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and Station Management, with experience in fine/casual dining and catering. As a Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing a Station Prep, Assist Chefs with Tasks, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership Team will help foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served consistently.
- Follow standardized recipes for food production
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with banquet operations, ensuring timely service during events and functions.
- Maintain quality control throughout service periods.
- Implement effective time management practices to optimize kitchen workflow.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or cook in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in station ownership and line prep
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus; however, extensive kitchen experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with fine/casual dining standards and restaurant management practices is advantageous.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
