WellTherapy.com is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various behavioral health issues. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. The LCSW will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC in ILLINOIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy and patient assessment
- Experience in individual therapy and crisis intervention
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to patients using evidence-based approaches
- Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications
- Create treatment plans that reflect the patient’s values, goals and health
