Crosswinds Center is seeking an excellent clinician wanting to expand or transition into a private practice setting. We believe that having clinicians who are doing the kind of work about which they are passionate is the best way to draw both talented psychotherapists and committed patients. While we consider ourselves generalists who serve a wide variety of individuals, our clinicians specialize in relationship issues, trauma, and destructive behavior patterns. Based on current need and referral flow, we are most interested in someone who can contribute to our therapy with men, trauma, and relationship issues foci. Those interested in conducting psychological evaluations for court (criminal, civil, and immigration) or independent “medical” evaluations are also very welcome. We are looking for a clinician who will contribute to these areas of specialization while feeling free to develop in other niches as well. The job qualifications include:
· Licensed clinical psychologist, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT. We will consider those seeking a post-graduate opportunity;
· Demonstrated interest in one or more of the specialty areas mentioned above;
· Given that we are a group who values depth-oriented and systems approaches, we are particularly interested in other professionals who feel comfortable with (or desire to grow in) in these models while being willing to use action-oriented strategies when it’s appropriate.
· Willingness to contribute to practice efforts that benefit both your own referral base as well as the practice.
· A desire to share cases as well as what you learn with other members of the practice during staff meetings/consultation sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
· Compensation based on a percentage of collected fees;
· Stipend that can be used to help pay for insurance;
· The licensed professionals on staff bring more then 80 years combined broad experience working in a variety of settings and clinical concerns;
· We meet regularly for group consultation in addition to supervision;
· We offer office space, EMR, credentialing and billing support, and practice-level marketing efforts as well as consultation and supervision.
Please include a cover letter and your resume or CV for immediate consideration
PLEASE NOTE: Our clinicians are currently offering a mix of in-person and telehealth appointments consistent with their own level of comfort. Our referral flow clearly favors those who prefer in-person therapy, but all of us are hybrid at this time.
