Occupational Therapist (OT)
Prairieview Lutheran Homes is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing facility, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations.
The OT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living, enhance functional independence, and maximize quality of life. This position requires flexibility to meet patient needs while delivering exceptional care and promoting positive outcomes in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
