What you’ll do
- Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests to streamline operations.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests over the phone.
Basic qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management.
- Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting processes.
