We're Upper Left Roofing & Exteriors — a licensed, bonded, GAF-installing roofing company right here in Spokane. We protect homes across the Inland Northwest, and right now the owner runs EVERY sales appointment alone. That's our bottleneck… and for the right closer, it's the opportunity of a lifetime.
We're hiring ONE in-home sales rep to run roofing appointments and close deals. This is 100% commission. No salary. No cap. You eat what you kill — and our pricing, product, and leads make it very possible to eat well.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- You're money-motivated and a little allergic to the word "salary."
- You'd rather control your income than have someone hand it to you.
- You can sit at a homeowner's kitchen table and earn trust fast.
- You're coachable, competitive, and you do what you say you'll do.
- Sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, cars, insurance, door-to-door) is a plus — but we'll take a hungry rookie over a lazy veteran every single time.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- You need a base salary to feel safe.
- You think follow-up is optional.
- You blame everyone else when your numbers are down. No hard feelings — this one will just hurt. Keep scrolling.
WHAT YOU GET (the offer)
- 10% of every job you sell — paid 50% when the job is approved and 50% when it's paid in full. Our average jobs run well into five figures. Do the math on a few of those a month.
- Qualified appointments so you're in front of homeowners fast — PLUS uncapped upside on every deal you generate yourself.
- Hands-on training and ride-alongs with the owner. You'll learn our proven 10-step in-home selling system, not "go figure it out."
- A product you can be proud to sell: licensed in WA & ID, $12,000 bonded, GAF materials, backed by a workmanship warranty.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run in-home roofing appointments and inspect roofs.
- Build trust, present options, and close on the spot.
- Own your pipeline and follow up like a professional.
- Represent Upper Left with honesty and hustle.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
- Willingness to get on a roof and do the work.
- Thick skin, strong work ethic, and a closer's mindset.
LET'S BE HONEST ABOUT THE MONEY This is commission only. Sit on your couch and you'll make $0. Run the appointments, follow the system, and close — and six figures is genuinely on the table, uncapped. Your effort sets your ceiling. We just hand you the bat, the pitches, and the coaching.
