We always pay for your training — because that's how you build real confidence behind the chair. Your ramp-up is tailored to you, with hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and a clear progression so your skills and income grow quickly and for the long term.
Every stylist attends HSA: our week-long Supercuts Hair Stylist Academy with intensive haircut training and typically 10+ live models.
What you'll do:
- Provide great guest service — consultation, execution, finishing, recommendations
- Deliver services based on your current ability and expand as you grow
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional workstation and follow sanitation standards
What we're looking for:
- Active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license (or nearing licensure with a clear timeline)
- Coachable, reliable, and committed to consistent quality
- Professional guest communication and a team-first mindset
