Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, Oversee operations of accounting ensuring timely payments of accounts payable and collection of payments of Accounts Receivables and ensure periodic bank reconciliations are complete. Verifying Invoices for accounts payable and recieveable as well as Liaison with CPA for timely tax payments as well as ensuring timely filing of taxes.
