We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our interior designers on residential custom homes and renovations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional visual presentations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
As a Design Assistant, you will work alongside our design team to develop both interior and exterior renderings, assist with construction documentation, and help bring projects to life through thoughtful design and precise execution.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality interior and exterior 3D renderings using SketchUp.
- Assist designers with design development, presentations, and client visuals.
- Support the preparation and coordination of construction drawings.
- Modify and maintain SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit files.
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design models.
- Organize project information and maintain digital project files.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience producing architectural or interior design renderings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality.
