Major Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable regarding all aspects of site work; paving, grading, milling
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
- Monitor worker/sub‐contractor activity and ensure accuracy.
- Prior to start job to coordinate the load up of all necessary tools and materials for each job

- · Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- · OSHA 10 Certification (required) & OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- · 10+ years of in-field masonry and concrete experience

- · Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.

- · Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.

- · Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
*
- · Ability to work effectively during times of organizational stress, ambiguity, and change.

- · Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
