- Part-Time Physical Therapist – Per Visit Pay + Mileage
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled home-based physical therapy tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement effective treatment programs to restore mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement, exercises, and discharge care.
- Accurately document progress and maintain compliant EMR records.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona PT license (in good standing)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Compassion, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude
