We are seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our legal team. This full-time, in-person, position offers a dynamic opportunity to support attorneys in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience handling a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, correspondence, and other pleadings
- E-file court documents in state court systems
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Organize and manage discovery, including sending and receiving files via secure file sharing platforms
- Maintain and update case files, both electronic and paper
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties, such as managing calendars and answering phones
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editing software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under deadlines
- Experience with legal practice management software and e-filing systems a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
