Associate Veterinarian | Ballston Spa, NY | $140,000 - $165,000
We are working on behalf of a well-established, AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Ballston Spa, NY that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. This is a genuinely well-resourced practice that pairs high medical standards with a supportive, team-first culture. The hospital treats cats and dogs and is equipped for doctors who want to practice a broad range of medicine without sending everything out the door.
On-site capabilities include a dedicated dental suite with dental radiology, digital radiography, diagnostic ultrasound, therapeutic laser, acupuncture, ECG, and both rehabilitation and orthopedic procedure equipment. Whether you are an experienced DVM or building your confidence in general practice, you will have the tools, the caseload, and the colleagues to grow. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available, so the role can flex around the life you want outside of work.
Beyond the day-to-day, the group invests heavily in its people: a robust clinical studies program, an internal continuing education university, and real support for mental health and financial wellbeing.
