Responsibilities
- Create beautiful floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions, utilizing your floral design skills and horticultural knowledge.
- Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products, offering expert advice on floral care, gardening, and landscape maintenance.
- Manage daily store operations including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring the floral section is attractive and well-maintained.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, processing orders efficiently, and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of floral supplies, tools, and gardening products.
- Promote e-commerce sales by assisting customers with online orders or product inquiries when needed.

- Previous experience in floral design
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
