L5 Services LLC (in partnership with L5/MBM JV) is seeking reliable, detail-oriented custodians to join our team at Joint Base Charleston, providing essential cleaning services in a secure federal environment.

- 1 Full-Time Day Shift – Naval Weapons Station
Job Duties:
Custodians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary facilities in compliance with strict federal and contract standards. Responsibilities include:
- Disinfecting and sanitizing restrooms, workspaces, and high-touch areas
- Cleaning hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and elevator cabs
- Collecting and removing trash and recyclables from central locations
- Restocking consumables (toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, etc.)
- Cleaning all surfaces under six (6) feet in restrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, and floor care maintenance
- Reporting inaccessible serviced locations, damages, or maintenance issues promptly
- Participating in deep/detailed cleaning and special projects as directed
✅ Requirements:
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Must hold a valid Real ID driver’s license
- Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
Note: This is a civilian position. No military service or enlistment is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Charleston AFB – Day Shift (Full-Time)
Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $19.30/hour
➕ $1.30/hour pension contribution
13 paid federal holidays
Health Insurance: Provided
Vacation Leave:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks (years 2–5)
- 3 weeks (years 5–10)
- 4 weeks after 10 years
Sick Leave:
- 12 days/ After first year and thereafter
Union Membership: Eligible after 90-day probation
