BM Enterprises SD, a sales and development firm that builds community trust, is hiring a Customer Outreach Representative in San Diego. The Customer Outreach Representative works in person with our customers who need reliable wireless service, and you'll show them how Verizon's 5G network and simplified plans can keep them connected while saving.
As a Customer Outreach Representative, you'll work in person with our customers who are juggling multiple wireless accounts, outdated devices, and bills that never seem to shrink. The Customer Outreach Representative guides our customers in person through Verizon's world-class wireless options and shows them how one consolidated plan simplifies everything.
Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Representative
- Introduce customers to Verizon mobile services in person by identifying their needs and recommending wireless plans tailored to their lifestyle.
- Match customers with compatible smartphones, unlimited data plans, and connected-device solutions that enhance mobile productivity.
- Educate customers in person on wireless coverage, 5G performance, device capabilities, and plan flexibility through sales conversations.
- Assist with wireless activations, account transfers, service modifications, and new customer enrollments from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through additional mobile services, connected devices, and premium wireless features.
- Support wireless sales growth by delivering personalized sales recommendations that improve customer satisfaction and account value.
Qualifications of the Customer Outreach Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Attentive listener who identifies sales opportunities to better serve customers.
- Positive and solution-oriented approach to overcoming sales challenges.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving outreach and sales objectives.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
