CNC Machine Operator - MUST APPLY IN PERSON
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. Whether you have previous CNC experience or are eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good common sense, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of our manufacturing process. If you’re reliable, enjoy working with your hands, stop by and fill out an application Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes to manufacture quality parts.
Operate additional production equipment as needed.
Set up machines according to job requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
Assist with material handling, packaging finished products, and assembly operations as needed.
Learn new equipment and take on additional responsibilities.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Basic math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and good common sense.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous CNC or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
