Schedule
- 12 in-office hours per week
- Flexible days and times
- We will work with your availability
- One weekend per month on-call from home
- Additional on-call stipend + hourly pay for active working time
What You'll Do
- Fill open caregiver shifts and manage schedule changes
- Coordinate caregiver availability, call-offs, and time-off requests
- Make outbound calls to caregivers to secure coverage
- Communicate updates with caregivers, clients, and families
- Maintain accurate schedules and staffing documentation
- Help solve real-time staffing challenges
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure and comfortable problem-solving
- Dependable and reliable — this is essential
- Comfortable taking initiative and following through
- Healthcare, staffing, scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
No scheduling experience? We'll train the right person.
