Summary
Directs, coordinates, and performs activities of high-pressure machine electrical builds including monitoring labor planning, materials planning, scheduling, and evaluating/resolving production issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all the high-pressure production machines and panel assemblies in accordance with production schedule and established priorities ensuring maximum utilization of assigned resources, machines, personnel, and materials.
Compiles, reviews, and reports meaningful production data for use by management.
Performs materials management to maintain satisfactory levels of materials and inventory to meet production objectives. This includes non-stock and orderless inventory.
Liaison for the VMI system partnering with the Purchasing Department
Performs Manufacturing Order (MO) completion for all High-Pressure Electrical production components
Read engineering blueprints and build special machines to specifications provided by Engineering and R&D
Responsible for training new production employees on all aspects of High-Pressure Electrical production and cross-training current production employees.
Leads continuous improvement and quality improvement activities throughout the High-Pressure Electrical production department
Operate forklift as needed.
Use hand tools such as pipe wrench, impact drill, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
