Hype Mill LLC is a growing team seeking an experienced customer service representative to handle inbound phone calls, assist customers in their selection of products, maintain prompt and thorough customer experience to assist in the sales process, and elevate appropriate items to management.
Because of our growth, the individual will need to be comfortable handling multiple tasks at one time and gain a complete understanding of the different types of customers we work with. We have business to business as well as business to consumer relationships that we manage day to day. The current team consists of several customer service, sales reps in the field, office staff, marketing team and accounting. We are looking for the perfect compliment to add to our team assisting in customer facing responsibilities. Only the most awesome need apply!
You will be responsible for web chats, phone calls, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, and invoicing. There is the potential to work from home after training is completed and confidence in handling customer questions and issues is gained.
IMPORTANT: the hours for this position are 12pm to 9pm Monday through Friday. Once training is complete, the ideal candidate will be able to handle customer calls in the evening hours.
