What the Role Involves
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll represent promotional campaigns inside retail environments and event spaces, helping customers learn about products and services through friendly, face-to-face interaction.
You’ll focus on creating positive customer experiences while supporting sales activity and campaign growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and creating engaging conversations
- Demonstrating products and explaining promotions clearly
- Helping customers find suitable products or services based on their needs
- Supporting sales targets through proactive customer interaction
- Assisting with setup and organization of promotional displays
- Maintaining a professional and energetic presence throughout events
- Learning product knowledge and campaign details to confidently answer questions
- Working closely with team members during daily campaigns
