Home Instead in New Albany is offering a unique, full-time opportunity for the right candidate who can combine client care, community outreach, consultative sales, and business development into one rewarding role.
Success starts with cultivating solid referral partnerships, converting qualified referrals into private pay clients, and ensuring every family receives exceptional service. You'll own the relationship from the moment a referral is received through the client's ongoing care experience.

What You'll Do:
- Represent our Home Instead office with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
- Build trusted relationships that strengthen our reputation and inspire confidence among our referral network, community partners, our clients and their families
- Generate high quality leads and convert prospects into new clients
- Track referral activity, conversion outcomes, and relationship development in Salesforce
- Ensure a smooth start of care experience for new clients and their families
- Conduct regular in-home visits to maintain quality services
- Proactively address concerns and partner with the office team to promote client satisfaction and retention.
You'll Be Successful in This Role If You Have:
- Experience in assisted living admissions, senior living sales, business development, or other consultative, relationship-based service sales.
- A demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results in your career.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, organized approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM and operational systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
