Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities
- Support clients with mobility and transfers (up to 40 lbs)
- Assist with self-administration of medication
- Communicate observations and updates to the care team
Required Credentials
- CNA license or HHA certificate
- Previous home healthcare experience
- CPR certification
- Level II background check
- TB test (PPD or Chest X-ray)
- Health statement (within 6 months)
- Alzheimer’s 2-hour course
- HIV/AIDS/OSHA course
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication course
- Palm Beach County ID badge
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and assist with transfers
