Delivery Driver – Independent Contractor
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: Per package delivered
Pickup Time: 7:00 AM
We are hiring reliable and experienced delivery drivers for our Kent operation. We are looking for drivers who are committed, communicate well with dispatch, and are comfortable handling 100+ packages per day.
Schedule
Pickup starts at 7:00 AM
Must be available at least 5 days per week
Saturday or Sunday availability is mandatory
Consistent attendance on scheduled days is required
Routes are assigned daily based on volume and driver capacity
Pay
Paid per successfully delivered package
Opportunity to earn more by handling higher package volume
Weekly work available for dependable drivers
What You’ll Do
Pick up your assigned packages from our Kent warehouse
Scan and load your own assigned packages
Complete deliveries safely and efficiently
Follow all delivery and proof-of-delivery (POD) requirements
Maintain communication with dispatch throughout your route
Respond to calls/texts from dispatch when there is a delivery issue that needs to be corrected
Properly return any undeliverable packages according to company procedures
Requirements
Previous package delivery experience required
Must be able to comfortably handle 100+ packages per day
Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery
Valid driver’s license
Active auto insurance
Smartphone with reliable service
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Must be comfortable working independently and managing a full delivery route
