As an OT Clinical Supervisor at Yellow Bus ABA, your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct supervision and mentorship to Occupational Therapists and COTA staff, as applicable.
Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
Overseeing treatment planning and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
Collaborating closely with BCBAs, BTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, and families to support interdisciplinary care.
Delivering parent coaching and strategies to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.
Monitoring clinical documentation, session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans for accuracy and quality.
Supporting center-based programming focused on sensory regulation, fine motor development, activities of daily living (ADLs), visual-motor integration, and self-regulation skills.

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
NYS Occupational Therapy License.
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Salary Range: $80–$90 per hour (depending on experience)
