Part or Full-Time Receptionist - Immediate Hire Needed

Job Description:
The Receptionist functions as the official representative of the organization at the front desk and on the telephone. You will attend to the main telephone, handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a pleasant manner, greet all visitors, and perform various daily clerical tasks.
Activities:
· Greet visitors and clients according to company protocol
· Monitor door security system
· Maintain and organize reception area
· Maintain appropriate front desk equipment and filing
· Taking cash and issuing change for Showroom transactions
· Keeping an accurate count of the cashbox and maintaining a daily report of transactions & totals
· Receives daily inbound Fedex, UPS, DHL, Brinks, & Malca Amit shipments
· Handles daily FedEx outbound shipments as needed
· Order office supplies as needed
· Assist Inventory Control department as needed

- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to maintain focus on task
- Strong communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years minimum previous jewelry inventory experience preferred
- Ability to type 50WPM
- Strong data entry skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Salary based on experience
Current Operating Store Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9:30am – 4:30pm
Holidays Seasonal
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
