Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum with enthusiasm and fidelity.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Complete daily classroom documentation and family communication.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with Primrose and state licensing standards.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and fellow teachers to provide a high-quality educational experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- CDA, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.
