About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English Speech-Language
Pathologist to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is
passionate about early intervention, enjoys working closely with families, and values
collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
You will work with toddlers and school-age children across clinic-based and community
settings, with strong administrative and leadership support so you can focus on what
matters most — your clients.

- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Warm, professional, and family-centered
- Confident working with toddlers and young children
- Collaborative, curious, and open to feedback Organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Proud to represent the Speech Goals mission and values
We welcome:
- Established SLPs
- CF-SLPs
- SLPAs (licensed or recent grads)
- Candidates with Early Intervention, ABA, SPED, or school-age experience
Requirements
- CA SLP License (or eligibility) or SLPA License (preferred, depending on role)
- Experience with Early Intervention and school-age populations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Comfortable providing therapy in clinic and community settings
- 1-week training & observation period
- Clients begin by week 2 with ongoing training and mentorship
- 3-month probationary period
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group speech therapy services
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support children in clinic-based, community-based, and natural environments
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with admin support)
