Nightfen Capital is hiring an AT&T Representative to join our growing team. If you're looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can learn, earn, and build valuable sales experience, we'd like to meet you.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. As an AT&T Representative, you'll work directly with customers, explain AT&T products and promotions, answer questions, and help customers choose the services that fit their needs.
This is a face-to-face sales position, so you'll spend your day meeting new people, building relationships, and closing sales while developing skills that can lead to future leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss AT&T products and services
- Explain promotions, pricing, and available packages
- Help customers choose the best solution for their needs
- Complete customer enrollments and sales paperwork accurately
- Learn effective sales techniques through daily coaching
- Work with your team to reach individual and company goals
- Stay up to date on AT&T products and current promotions
- Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction
