The Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer with residential and/or commercial HVAC experience.
This position will include diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems while providing an excellent customer experience. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service work
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC equipment including air handlers, ductwork, vents, condensate drainage, and related components
- Complete residential and commercial HVAC installations, replacements, and equipment change-outs
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and airflow issues
- Work with heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and high-efficiency HVAC systems
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and team members
- Provide a top-notch customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- Residential HVAC service and installation
- Commercial HVAC service and installation
- Residential and commercial equipment change-outs
- High-efficiency HVAC systems, including variable speed and inverter technology
- Heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and air quality systems
- Refrigerant diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Ductwork installation and repairs
- Preventative maintenance agreements and system tune-ups
