We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Zoho Inventory Manager to support daily inventory operations for a retail client in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with inventory systems and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Zoho Inventory system for
- Process and track purchase orders, billing, and inventory transactions
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning
- Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, and verification
- Ensure accurate product and inventory records
- Coordinate ordering and restocking activities
- Assist with reporting and operational documentation
- Apply basic accounting principles related to inventory and billing
- Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Familiarity with Zoho Inventory is strongly preferred
- Understanding of ordering, billing, stock counts, and verification processes
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Business degree is a plus
