Overview
We are seeking Stand Up Forklift Lift operators with 3+ years experience with stand up reach lift experience. It is a plus if you obtained a forklift certification within the past 2 years for the.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are handled with care that will be delivered to the customers in a timely manner. The Order Picker/Packers plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall operational efficiency. Duties
- Stand Up lift operator (4+yrs exp.)-previously certified within the past 2 yrs. (preferred)
- Pack metal parts carefully and accurately
- Efficiently locate and pick products from designated storage areas using handheld devices or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications to ensure quality control.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring that all items are protected during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area to promote a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to order picking processes.
Skills
- Previous experience with using the order picker stand up lift (4yrs. exp.)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements:
- Must have a strong work history (not a lot of jobs)
- Pass a Drug Screen and 7yr. Criminal Background
- Live within a 15 mile radius of 30518
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. on a continual basis
- Must have Stand Up Lift and Order Packing experience
Work Hours:
10am-6:30pm Mon-Fri (Occasional Saturday)
Pay: $18/hr. paid weekly Temp to Hire
