Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Use excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Support client services by processing transactions, including cash handling when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall call center performance
- Perform follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and analysis tasks
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Knowledge of call center best practices including phone etiquette, analysis skills, and client engagement techniques
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
