Landscape / Hardscape Foreman Starting at $26 per hour and up, depending on experience. Were seeking a strong leader with hands-on installation experience to run landscape and hardscape projects. This role is for someone who can lead from the front and keep jobs on schedule and on budget.
Bonus points: Hardscape experience, CDL, and snow management availability

The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of the jobsite. The Foreman is to work closely with the Field Superintendent to complete landscape and hardscape installation with precision, quality and efficiency. Being accountable for not only his own actions on the job, but that of the crew's actions as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and manages the crew.
Communicates well with all crew members in assigning tasks to each crew member for maximum efficiency.
Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with both industry and company standards.
Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure customer satisfaction.
Leads by example.
Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
Reports when tools, equipment and machinery are damaged or are in need of repair.
Maintain a safe and clean job site.
Ensure accurate clock in/out times for all crew members.
Accounts for materials used on the jobsite.
Meets Job deadlines in the appropriate man hours allowed.
Report to work on time.
Turn in paperwork and receipts from the previous day to the field superintendent.
Review tablet and jobs assigned for that day.
Review materials list.
Determine appropriate tools and equipment needed.
Load materials and equipment in an efficient manner.
Check fluid levels in trucks and equipment (oil, hydraulic fluid, etc.)
Before leaving, walk around the truck and trailer to ensure proper connection to the truck, jacks are raised,check air in tires, and that loads are secure.
If required, pick up materials from suppliers.
Confirm the materials list, that material matches the description in size, type, quantity and color.
Always provide suppliers with P.O. # assigned. If no P.O. # is assigned, provide the job name for the invoice.
Upon returning to the shop, unload equipment and materials not needed for the next day.
Ensure tools are accounted for and put back in the proper assigned place.
Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed, making sure all crew members utilize proper PPE (personal protection equipment).

Avoid Inefficiencies such as: forgetting tools or materials requiring trips back to shop, excessive stops to and from the jobsite, etc...
