KPM is looking for a reliable and skilled Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our multifamily residential properties. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations.

Assist with apartment turnover and make-ready processes.

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.

Maintain maintenance tools and inventory materials.
-
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure property standards are upheld.

Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of experience in multifamily maintenance or similar field preferred.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance tasks independently.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
