Broadmoor at Heartwood Preserve is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Broadmoor family.

Job Responsibilities include
- Welcome current and prospective residents
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Showing and leasing apartment homes
- Completion of all applications and lease documents
- Assist Property Manager in daily operations
- Communicate effectively and professionally with resident and co-workers
Experience/Skills:
- Prior, sales or customer experience is helpful, but not necessary
- Knowledge of computer programs, including Word and Excel
- Communication skills including communication in person, utilizing the phone and email, and professional written communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends.
