Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and colleagues.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities to ensure availability at all times.
- Adhere to hotel policies and standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting (min 25 lbs), and moving throughout shifts.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated Hotel Housekeeper with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations.
