Bakery and Desert Production Cook
As a Dessert Production Cook in our High-Volume Production Environment, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, baking, and expertly finishing a variety of scratch-made desserts, including brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and other specialty items, within our fast-paced operation.

Accurately portioning, cutting, and packaging finished dessert products to meet our quality and presentation standards.

Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands.

Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, contributing to the smooth flow of our production process.

Supporting overall production goals by following established recipes and quality standards consistently.
Experience and Training:

Some prior experience in the kitchen, bakery, or food production is preferred — but we're happy to build on what you know!

Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.

Familiarity with baking techniques or scratch cooking, particularly with desserts, pastries, and baked goods, is beneficial and will help you hit the ground running.

Maneuvering kitchen equipment and machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, bending, and reaching.

Repetitive motion and quick maneuvering in a compact space with hot ovens.

Punctuality and reliable transportation are essential to ensure our operation runs seamlessly.
Shifts: Monday–Sunday. Flexible between 6am–9pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
