Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal upkeep
Perform snow removal, leaf clearing, and general exterior maintenance
Ensure Company grounds remain clean, safe, and presentable
Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
Assist with facility improvement projects and general upkeep initiatives
Support setup and breakdown for Company events and activities
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational needs are met efficiently
Previous facilities, maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices
Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Competitive pay based on experience
