About the role:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. In Customer Support (Sales) you’ll play a crucial role in assisting our internal and external clients in all aspects of the sales process, including research, analysis and proposal and event support.
- This role will be filled at the representative or Associate level depending on experience
What you'll get to do:
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions, and other formulas/calculations, to analyze sales data and support accurate reporting.
- Prepare, maintain, and validate sales reports and commission spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Generate revenue reports to support market analysis, forecasting, and business insights.
- Research size and scope of respective clients to properly align revenue to internal organizational structure and effectively maximize client growth and retention.
- Review, assign, and verify commission allocations to ensure accurate revenue association for Account Executives.
- Perform training to external clients including but not limited to Zoom demonstrations, ES Client Demonstrations, Witness training and My Veritext Demonstrations.
- Provide support across various Sales related workflows and projects, continuously working to enhance job knowledge while bringing value to the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert for using technology tools and sales reporting, i.e. Salesforce, Marketo and other resources as appropriate.
- Edit, update, and proof marketing materials for events, promotional campaigns, and client-facing flyers.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of branded marketing materials, including business cards, stickers, and promotional merchandise for client engagement.
- Manage registrations for Account Executives at client events, networking functions, and legal association memberships.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients; surpass their expectations by anticipating their future needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veritext products, services, policies and best practices to provide a high level of support to clients, partners and internal sales team.

- 1+ year of related experience
- Salesforce experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Driven, proactive and customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of or eager to learn the sales cycle; accepts direction and guidance with grace
- An excellent eye for detail with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
