PACT Housing Specialist 067
Salary: $42,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $3,000
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
- Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
- Responsible for identifying, locating, and securing housing for individuals with mental illness
- Works closely with state psychiatric hospitals to facilitate discharges of individuals into the community.
Requirements:
- BA/BS/BSW in a behavioral health related field
- Minimum of 2 years working with mentally ill population OR a Master’s degree and 1 year post-bachelor’s experience
- Experience in housing options for difficult to place individuals preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
