We're looking for Behavioral Technicians to work with our growing team in South Carolina! We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, after school, and evening hours. Our providers currently work with clients across the state, including the Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia, and Charleston areas.

- Paid training, including reimbursement for maintaining your RBT certification
- Stable client caseload based on your location, availability, and experience
- Assistance with fieldwork hours for aspiring BCBAs.
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. The BTs will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Duties:
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Provide direct patient care in one-on-one and group settings
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients
- Support clients with behavioral therapy interventions
- Manage challenging behaviors effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
- Ability to pass the RBT exam (we provide paid training and reimbursement for the exam)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, active RBT certification with the BACB.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of data collection methods and tools
- Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Experience in medical documentation related to patient care
