We are looking for a professional and experienced full time cook for a growing bar-bistro with the possibility to move into a lead position, to be able to collaborate with chef and management to move the business forward with our evolving concept.
Must be a self-motivator, clean, organized and capable of working all aspects of the kitchen with a sense of urgency.
Above all, we are looking for someone that enjoys cooking, learning and working with seasonal, local ingredients.
Preferred 3-5 years experience in a scratch kitchen. Must be able to use stairs, lift 50 lbs, work standing for 8 hours at a time.
Weekend availability is a must!
