We're looking for a Client Success Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of client service, project execution, and executive support. You're the kind of person who already has three follow-up emails drafted before the meeting ends. You don't wait to be told what to do — you see the gap and close it.

What You'll Own
Client Delivery Support
- Take full ownership of the client onboarding process the moment a contract is signed — and drive every step of delivery internally from there
- Manage active client engagements across all LSMC service lines, including Executive Media Training, Elite Prep Sessions, Leadership Communications Training, and Media Strategy & Placement
- Attend client kickoff calls, capture all action items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep client project boards (Monday.com) current and accurate at all times
- Ensure client folders are complete and finance has what it needs to invoice on time
Executive Support for the CEO
- Manage the puzzle that is the CEO's calendar - scheduling all client delivery calls, sales calls, meetings and presentations so that she can do everything needed without chaos, resolving conflicts proactively, and ensuring she's always prepared for what's next
- Create briefing materials
- Protect strategic focus time through smart time blocking
- Facilitate and document the weekly L10 team meeting, capturing all action items with owners and due dates
- Keep the meetings on agenda, on time, and on track
Sales Operations Support
- Attend the weekly sales meeting and maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in Monday.com
- Gather inputs for proposal creation and review all proposals for accuracy before CEO approval
- Keep sales process documentation current
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B client services, account coordination, and project management — ideally in a fast-paced, service-based business
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously without dropping balls
- A natural communicator who adjusts their style to the audience — whether that's a C-suite client or an internal team member
- Calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by an entrepreneurial environment (not paralyzed by it)
- Proficient with project management tools (Monday.com experience is a plus)
- A genuine desire to work closely with and learn from an entrepreneurial leader
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be located in Ohio — this is a fully remote role with quarterly travel to South Carolina, Ohio and NYC as needed. Due to other team member proximity, we are only interviewing candidates who live in Ohio.
