Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machines to produce high-quality garments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction and have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This position is essential to ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Duties
- Operate various types of sewing machines to assemble garments according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sewing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in garment construction techniques and sewing practices.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in materials and finished products.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, enhancing your understanding of production workflows.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
